Description

  • Work with engineering leadership and senior developers to define technical design and architecture for CI/CD, automation, and orchestration systems for RT3D applications.
  • Develop flexible and customizable workflow features that let creators tailor automation to their project needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in an Agile environment through technical design documents and peer reviews.
  • Architect and evolve core automation systems, including command-line tools, microservices, and integrations with RT3D engines and asset transformation SDKs.
  • Lead projects and initiatives across the automation platform.
  • Mentor other developers and help grow the engineering team.
  • Help simplify and scale RT3D automation for a large global user base.
  • Contribute to the design, build, and deployment of production applications and the maintenance of live products.

Requirements

  • Experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Node.js, C#, Ruby, or Python.
  • Ability to quickly become comfortable with large and complex systems.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and orchestration systems.
  • Experience working within a globally distributed team.
  • Considerable experience designing, building, and deploying applications to production.
  • Experience running and maintaining live products.
  • Significant experience in tooling or build engineering for the RT3D or gaming industry (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of the Unity Engine (preferred).
  • Experience with Jenkins, ArgoCD, and containerization (preferred).
  • English proficiency sufficient for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
