Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier mobile gaming partners with accountability for revenue growth and strategic impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
  • Lead data-driven strategy discussions by translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across User Acquisition, monetisation, and mediation solutions.
  • Align advertiser objectives with monetisation strategy to improve performance, efficiency, and long-term value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Performance Management teams to deliver client solutions and influence internal priorities.
  • Bring client needs into Unity’s roadmap and support cross-functional execution at scale.
  • Negotiate commercial frameworks and manage high-stakes commercial conversations.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally and help unlock incremental value for clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile gaming or AdTech.
  • Hands-on experience with User Acquisition growth strategies, monetisation optimisation, mediation, and LTV-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable impact for clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear narratives and recommendations.
  • Experience leading high-stakes conversations and negotiating commercial frameworks.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Data, Finance, Operations, and Performance Management teams.
  • Fluent in English with strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience shaping go-to-market strategy, commercial frameworks, or regional initiatives is preferred.
  • Exposure to product development or roadmap influence is preferred.
  • Comfort operating in international, multi-market environments, especially Western Europe, Turkey, or emerging markets, is preferred.
