Description

  • Oversee all treasury operations, including payments processing and wire transfers.
  • Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for payments and bank card management.
  • Prepare, analyze, and report daily and monthly turnover and balance results.
  • Manage liquidity and support effective use of financial resources.
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk exposure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating fees and credit terms.
  • Coordinate with banks on financial matters and resolve refunds and chargeback issues.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, KYC procedures, and limits management.
  • Forecast cash flows and financial trends, support month-end close, and assist with payroll and account opening processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in treasury management, finance, or a related area, preferably in IT, banking, or FMCG.
  • BS/MS degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and payment systems such as SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and online banking.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, IFRS, and accounting principles.
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
