Description

Analyze product requirements and turn them into structured test cases and scenarios.
Test internal CRM systems with a focus on data accuracy and business logic validation.
Validate email campaigns and push notifications, including triggers, segmentation, and delivery logic.
Perform manual testing of web applications, including functional, regression, UI/UX, and smoke testing.
Test APIs using Postman or Swagger with both positive and negative scenarios.
Use DevTools and logs to inspect network requests, console errors, and issue details.
Assess testing risks and contribute to sprint planning and task estimation.
Create clear bug reports with reproduction steps, prioritization, and context.
Contribute to improving QA processes, documentation, and testing efficiency.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in manual QA for web products, including CRM and email campaign testing.
Understanding of retention- and acquisition-driven product models.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, testing types, and test design techniques.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar.
Experience writing test cases and bug reports in Jira or another TMS.
Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, BigQuery, or DataGrip, or strong SQL knowledge.
Basic experience with Git, including pull, checkout, and code review basics, is a plus.
Experience working with logs in Grafana, Lens, or similar tools is a plus.
Experience in incident analysis and troubleshooting is a plus.
Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like GitLab is a plus.
Experience with debugging tools such as Charles or Fiddler is a plus.
Ability to automate routine QA tasks using AI tools is a plus.
