Description

  • Prepare financial reports and analyze financial information to support upper management decision-making.
  • Conduct financial analysis to improve profits, optimize expenses, and strengthen cash flow.
  • Manage project budget preparation and monitor budget usage against plans.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and performance versus business plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations within the project, including payments, requests, and other transactions.
  • Support the registration of bank, EMI, and PSP accounts, including KYC procedures, compliance, and audits.
  • Review financial systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Implement cost-reduction strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance, treasury, controllers, legal, and product teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare information for financial statements, audits, investor materials, and due diligence when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in an IT company, Big4, or multinational consulting, audit, or FMCG company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools such as Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and open-minded team player focused on continuous process improvement.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.
  • Experience in ERP system implementation is a plus.
  • Experience in audit is a plus.
