Description

  • Own the marketing strategy across user acquisition, creatives, and app store presence.
  • Define what experiments to test, why to test them, and how to evaluate performance results.
  • Plan, guide, and optimize the full marketing journey from ideation through execution, analysis, and iteration.
  • Develop creative direction that drives growth, without managing ad buying.
  • Align marketing, user acquisition, product, and creative teams around shared growth goals.
  • Use player and performance data to inform creative evolution and marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across creative, product, and narrative functions.
  • Support the development of marketing approaches for a new interactive story/lifestyle game.
  • Help shape store optimization and other growth-related presentation elements.
  • Make independent decisions and take ownership in ambiguous situations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, user acquisition strategy, creative strategy, or growth roles in games or consumer apps.
  • Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and player psychology.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize marketing strategies end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to take ownership and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with visual novels, dating sims, or narrative-based mobile games is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UGC, playable ads, and short-form video strategies is a plus.
  • Experience working closely with UA teams and ad networks is a plus.
  • Background in copywriting, psychology, or game design is a plus.
  • Understanding of store optimization, including icons, screenshots, and descriptions, is a plus.
