Description

  • Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects and book appointments for licensed sales agents.
  • Follow proven scripts and processes to secure qualified appointments.
  • Log calls and prospect interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Overcome objections and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Work within designated calling windows while managing a flexible schedule.
  • Meet weekly hour commitments and remain available for full-time remote work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience.
  • Experience with phone-based appointment setting in a field or virtual sales environment.
  • Must reside and work in the United States.
  • Must be able to commit to at least 35 hours per week.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections.
  • Reliable home office setup with a high-speed internet connection.
  • A laptop or high-speed computer and a headset are required; Google Chromebooks are not accepted.
  • Full-time availability only; this role is not suitable for inbound customer service or telemarketing backgrounds.
  • Experience booking appointments for sales agents is preferred.
  • Ability to work with warm, pre-qualified leads and outbound calling processes.
