Description

  • Accurately collect data from various sources and enter it into the CRM system.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative data tasks, including data entry and record updates.
  • Monitor progress against daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Support the team by answering data queries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other duties as required to support Unison Site Management and changing business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team while also managing tasks independently.

Requirements

  • A degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines independently.
  • Comfortable working both alone and as part of a team.
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
  • Hourly contracted position.
  • Flexible work hours with some mandatory overlap with U.S. business hours for team conference calls.
