Description

  • Define pricing strategy and structure new platform deals for international market expansion.
  • Perform economic and pricing analyses to support go-to-market decisions and deal execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand market dynamics and build new market offerings.
  • Use industry research and market reports to assess market sizing, merchant/consumer preferences, and product-market fit.
  • Analyze performance data to design, test, monitor, and optimize pricing constructs and portfolio economics.
  • Partner with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Credit, Finance, Capital Markets, and Engineering teams on international deals.
  • Own deal economics through the lifecycle and take action to improve performance when needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced analytical role such as pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, investment banking, or deal desk.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Snowflake, and Sigma.
  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of the lending and/or payments space.
  • Strong ownership, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to think creatively and critically in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to evaluate analysis in strategic business context.
  • Curiosity and a bias toward using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
