Description

  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in regulated industries such as FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch and identify strategic enterprise accounts in an early-stage environment.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and expansion.
  • Translate technical AI/ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Position Unframe for “buy vs. build” AI initiatives and secure large enterprise deals.
  • Architect multi-year account expansion strategies across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the product roadmap through customer and market feedback.
  • Help shape the sales playbook and go-to-market motion.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships across target enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience succeeding in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Regulated industry experience is preferred.
  • Early-stage company experience is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
