Description

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and go-to-market hiring, from kickoff through signed offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and hiring standards.
  • Manage 8–12 open requisitions at once while keeping candidates and hiring managers informed.
  • Build proactive pipelines before roles open and maintain warm pipelines for recurring hires.
  • Source software engineers and commercial talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Write personalized outreach and manage candidate engagement through the first-day experience.
  • Configure and continuously improve the Lever ATS, including stages, automations, scorecards, offer templates, integrations, and reporting.
  • Maintain an up-to-date, accurate, and inclusive job description library.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source quality, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Represent Ubiquity through a strong candidate experience and support employer branding on LinkedIn and Glassdoor.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a technology company, such as SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven experience recruiting software engineers in competitive markets, including sourcing and closing passive candidates.
  • Experience recruiting go-to-market talent, such as AEs, SDRs, Sales Managers, or equivalent commercial roles.
  • Hands-on experience owning Lever ATS configuration, not just using the platform.
  • Sourcing ability beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, with experience finding candidates who are not on job boards.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical debriefs with engineers and compensation conversations with sales leadership.
  • High organizational discipline with strong follow-up management and candidate communication.
  • Comfort working independently in a fully remote, fast-changing environment.
  • Preferred: experience as a first or solo recruiter at a startup building process from scratch.
  • Preferred: familiarity with compensation benchmarking tools such as Pave or Levels.fyi.
  • Preferred: experience with DEI-focused sourcing strategies and inclusive job description practices.
  • Preferred: background creating and delivering interview training.
  • Preferred: experience at a high-growth startup or scaling tech organization.
