Description

  • Identify and engage exceptional passive technical candidates globally through multi-channel sourcing.
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines with an emphasis on quality over volume.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to define what strong technical talent looks like in context.
  • Craft personalized outreach that is specific, credible, and compelling to senior technical candidates.
  • Use data, candidate feedback, and conversion patterns to improve sourcing strategies over time.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with overlapping sourcing efforts across the team.

Requirements

  • Successful experience sourcing technical talent for organizations with strong hiring standards.
  • Ability to identify genuine technical talent signals beyond resumes, keywords, or brand-name employers.
  • Knowledge of where technical candidates spend time, including communities, open-source ecosystems, technical forums, events, and niche networks.
  • Comfort owning results with limited day-to-day direction.
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong written communication skills for engaging senior technical candidates.
  • High personal accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working asynchronously in a globally distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with sourcing or recruiting tools such as Gem, Lever, or similar platforms is a plus.
