Description

  • Own the onboarding, activation, retention, and engagement product experience end to end.
  • Build and drive an integrated growth roadmap with Lifecycle Marketing and PMM.
  • Define product strategy grounded in customer insight, business impact, and data.
  • Identify friction points across the user journey and turn them into testable opportunities.
  • Lead experimentation across onboarding flows, engagement loops, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with Research and Data to understand customer behavior and usage patterns.
  • Bring structure and clarity to prioritization around the highest-impact opportunities.
  • Drive measurable improvements in activation, repeat usage, and engagement metrics.
  • Influence cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, and Leadership to align on growth outcomes.
  • Raise the quality bar for product thinking, experimentation, and execution discipline.

Requirements

  • Strong product management experience in growth, onboarding, retention, or engagement.
  • A proven track record of improving product usage metrics with meaningful business impact.
  • Deep experience with experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development.
  • Comfort working with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar platforms.
  • Strong product intuition and the ability to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making.
  • Experience partnering closely with Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Data, and Research teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify ambiguity into clear next steps.
  • A highly customer-centric mindset grounded in both qualitative and quantitative insight.
  • Bias for action, strong ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments.
  • Humility and openness to feedback, with a focus on outcomes over ego.
  • Experience working on PLG or SaaS growth motions, preferred.
  • Experience with tools such as Fullstory or equivalent behavior analytics platforms, preferred.
  • Experience scaling onboarding or lifecycle experiences across multiple customer segments, preferred.
  • Experience working on products with large-scale usage and experimentation environments, preferred.
