Description

  • Define and drive the product strategy for Data Capture with clear quarterly sequencing for 2026 and 2027.
  • Lead the replatforming of the surface into composable primitives usable across multiple parts of the organization.
  • Define and ship the AI-native evolution of Data Capture, including Smart Blocks, AI-moderated interviews, and voice and video respondent flows.
  • Partner with Typeform AI to launch agentic respondent experiences at scale without fragmenting the core platform.
  • Manage two Senior Product Managers and provide direct individual contributor ownership on one of the teams.
  • Maintain a high quality bar for specs, discovery, instrumentation, and overall product craft across the group.
  • Partner closely with engineering on architectural decisions and technical direction for the platform.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, research, product leadership, marketing, customer success, and sales to align priorities.
  • Use data and customer insight to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and measure product impact.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and shifts in customer expectations to guide strategy and identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience defining mid- and long-term product strategy across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience managing Product Managers while also owning individual contributor work on one team.
  • Strong product instincts and the ability to identify what creates a great creator and respondent experience.
  • AI-native experience building with LLMs, agents, and tool-use frameworks daily.
  • Deep experience in agentic systems, LLM orchestration, tool use, or action execution frameworks shipped in production at scale.
  • Comfort engaging with engineers on architecture, system design, APIs, webhooks, rendered components, data contracts, and event flows.
  • Ability to discuss technical trade-offs around performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and architecture.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong discovery and validation skills.
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization and the ability to define a measurement model without relying on a data analyst for every question.
  • Strong storytelling, strategic framing, and influence skills at the group and leadership level.
  • High agency, ownership, and a habit of proactively identifying risks and pushing work forward.
  • Passion for mentoring others and contributing to a strong product culture.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced product experiences such as AI-moderated workflows, smart logic, or agentic flows, preferred.
  • Experience leading platform or infrastructure product initiatives, preferred.
  • Experience driving architectural refactoring from product-facing systems to composable platform structures, preferred.
  • Experience with developer-facing surfaces such as webhooks, APIs, SDKs, and event systems, preferred.
