Description

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies across different functions and regions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, define hiring plans, and set realistic timelines.
  • Write, refine, and update job descriptions and job adverts as needed.
  • Design, set up, and manage structured interview processes.
  • Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and internal talent pools.
  • Screen and interview candidates through to offer stage, including contract setup.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and maintain a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage accurate recruitment data, reporting, and ATS records.
  • Identify challenging roles early and adjust sourcing or hiring strategies with stakeholders.
  • Build talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles and support onboarding coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting within a tech environment.
  • Experience managing multiple roles across different regions; international hiring experience is essential.
  • Strong sourcing capability with demonstrated success proactively identifying and engaging talent.
  • Experience working with an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
  • Strong understanding of where and how to find high-quality candidates across different markets.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, global environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence hiring managers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
  • A genuine interest in people and delivering a great candidate experience.
  • Exposure to broader HR processes is nice to have.
  • Experience with global benchmarking or compensation insights is nice to have.
