Description

  • Proactively call and follow up with a high volume of warm leads to secure booked chiropractic appointments.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries across phone, email, social media, and online channels while prioritising outbound conversion.
  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, handling objections, and guiding prospects toward booking.
  • Use consultative selling to explain the value and benefits of chiropractic services.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for call volume, bookings, conversion, contact rate, and attendance outcomes.
  • Maintain structured follow-up across active leads to improve conversion rates.
  • Accurately record lead interactions, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM system.
  • Schedule initial consultations and follow-up appointments, and support attendance through confirmations and reminders.
  • Coordinate with chiropractors and clinic staff to manage appointment availability and utilisation.
  • Provide pricing, package, and payment guidance, and process payments where required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, call centre work, appointment setting, or a similar conversion-focused role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales, booking, or conversion targets.
  • Strong objection handling, closing, and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, allied health, wellness, or patient services is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting the US market is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a large volume of leads.
  • Experience using CRM systems for lead management, follow-up tracking, and activity recording.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing patient and appointment information.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based environment with incentive and bonus structures.
