Description

  • Provide interpretation support between doctors and patients.
  • Support a US-based healthcare project in a remote work-from-home setting.
  • Handle a mix of customer support and interpretation tasks.
  • Work scheduled night shifts on Monday through Friday.
  • Follow the assigned shift timing of either 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Support communications in one language only, either Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Maintain clear communication during healthcare-related interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Open to SPM or Diploma holders.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Comfortable working night shifts.
  • Willing to work full-time from home.
  • Candidates will be hired strictly for one language only.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday off.
  • Contract duration of 6 months, with a 12-month extension based on performance.

Benefits

  • Basic salary of RM 3,500 to RM 4,500.
  • Night shift allowance of RM 25 per night, approximately RM 550 per month.
  • WiFi allowance as per company policy.
  • Performance incentives based on performance.
  • Estimated total monthly income of RM 5,000.
  • Inpatient medical coverage up to USD 80,000.
  • Outpatient medical coverage up to USD 250 per claim.
  • Optical, dental, and insurance coverage for self, spouse, and children.
  • Annual leave, medical leave, and bereavement leave.
  • Maternity and paternity leave as per labor law.
