Description

  • Interpret conversations accurately between English-speaking and Uzbek-speaking parties during live calls and other communications.
  • Convey messages clearly and faithfully in the appropriate language to ensure both parties understand each other.
  • Handle calls involving both simple and complex subject matter across healthcare, government, insurance, finance, utilities, travel, hospitality, emergency services, law enforcement, and general business.
  • Work from a home office in a quiet, secure environment.
  • Follow a rotating night-shift schedule and provide coverage according to client needs.
  • Attend and complete the 3-week daytime training program.
  • Work on public holidays and support a 24/7 operation.
  • Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts and weekly off-days as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, with the ability to read, speak, and write.
  • Fluent in Uzbek, with the ability to read, speak, and write.
  • Must be able to work from home.
  • Must own a mobile phone with Android 12 or above, or iOS 15 or above.
  • Must own a laptop with an updated operating system/version.
  • Must be willing to work rotating 9-hour night shifts within a 24-hour schedule.
  • Must be available to work on public holidays.
  • Must be willing to take 2 rotating days off per week.
  • Must have a quiet and secure home office environment.
  • Open to candidates located in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Cambodia.

Benefits

  • RM30 per hour, with a minimum monthly pay of RM4,800 based on 160 hours.
  • Socso and EPF contributions.
  • Overtime pay.
  • 14 days of paid sick leave.
  • 12 days of annual leave.
  • Some Malaysia and U.S. public holidays.
  • 3 weeks of daytime training with a training allowance.
