Description

  • Build and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and relationship management.
  • Target, pursue, meet with, and qualify high-quality candidates in local and national markets.
  • Interview candidates, check references, facilitate organizational decisions, and negotiate offers.
  • Promote Daugherty’s profile, business model, and offerings to create a strong candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement approaches to support organizational diversity goals and objectives.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
  • Ensure the recruitment process is fast, efficient, and professional at all times.
  • Work with recruiters, operations management, and workforce planning teams to understand talent objectives and hiring forecasts.
  • Capture and report key recruitment metrics, trends, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Appropriately aligned college degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of technology recruiting experience.
  • Strong preference for a background in technology and/or professional services.
  • Conversant in technology terminology, including software engineering languages and methodologies, data and analytics solutions, project leadership skills and methods, and business analysis roles and responsibilities.
  • High energy and passion for recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence and a natural ability to sell.
  • Polished presence with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial spirit, with comfort developing and trying new methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to adapt to the culture of a professional services organization.
  • Ability to work remotely when necessary and in the office when appropriate.
