Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives to support candidate sourcing and employer branding.
  • Manage social media recruitment efforts and other digital marketing channels.
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance using web analytics and related tools.
  • Create and maintain marketing communications and candidate-facing content.
  • Coordinate market research and apply insights to improve recruitment marketing strategy.
  • Work with limited supervision to manage deadline-driven projects and multiple priorities.
  • Collaborate on localized budget management and related purchasing activities.
  • Support continuous improvement of the candidate experience and HGS Healthcare brand presence.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment marketing or deep expertise in candidate sourcing.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment marketing specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, including SEO and social media.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing data analytics and related tools.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, web analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools such as Dreamweaver is desired.
  • Experience with social media recruitment is imperative.
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications, or an equivalent field.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, editorial, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities and timelines.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, PowerPoint, or other creative packages is an advantage.
