Description

  • Manage the full recruitment process for Malaysia and the APAC region from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through research and candidate sourcing.
  • Engage candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring teams and the talent team to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers in decision-making.
  • Manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Evaluate both technical and non-technical candidates during the hiring process.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including social media, targeted campaigns, and networking events.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels.
  • Ability to evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global hiring environment, especially the APAC region.
  • Any degree.
  • Must be flexible with working hours and available by phone when needed.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet targets.
  • Experience in bringing in and building clients is preferred.
