Description

  • Act as a liaison between DTS and clinical and operational teams.
  • Lead unit-level teams and support enterprise governance activities.
  • Analyze DTS solutions for clinical, operational, and research impact.
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and present findings.
  • Support downtime workflows and EHR reconciliation processes.
  • Standardize processes using evidence-based and regulatory-aligned methods.
  • Perform gap analyses, risk/benefit assessments, and testing activities.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows.
  • Serve as a consultant on complex process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure integration across Epic modules and track project progress.
  • Support data quality, decision support tools, and auditing processes.
  • Participate in Epic vendor visits.
  • Support nursing research, training materials, and ongoing system education.
  • Engage in scholarly activities such as publications, presentations, and posters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Telehealth implementation experience.
  • Remote patient monitoring experience.
  • Clinical workflow redesign experience.
  • Requirements gathering and facilitation skills.
  • Healthcare operations experience.
  • Experience mentoring team members and creating reusable templates, workflow standards, and documentation.
  • 5+ years of nursing, clinical, or operational experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of informatics experience preferred.
  • Progressive leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting complex workflows across nursing, interprofessional care, revenue cycle, patient access, ancillary services, scheduling, or throughput preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
  • Experience in ambulatory and pediatric operations preferred.
  • Experience with digital patient engagement, virtual nursing, hospital at home, AI-enabled virtual care, or consumer digital health strategy preferred.
