Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Drive GitOps-based deployment automation using Flux.
  • Optimize CI/CD pipelines, observability, and developer tooling.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve developer experience and reduce toil.
  • Lead incident response, post-mortems, and reliability improvements.
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to improve platform efficiency.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices.
  • Own the infrastructure lifecycle, including provisioning and scaling cloud resources.

Requirements

  • Proven DevOps and infrastructure experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Linux shell.
  • Experience building the full application release cycle, including CI/CD and GitOps; Flux preferred.
  • Programming experience in Python or Go preferred.
  • Expert knowledge of a public cloud environment such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; GCP is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical skills and solid understanding of systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and carry out system architecture planning.
  • Degree in Computer Science is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot is preferred.
