Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of fast-growing customers in the region.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand share of wallet within key accounts.
  • Open opportunities for Twilio’s products and services, including voice, messaging, email, contact center, and account security software.
  • Source net-new opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Sell solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Build trust and strong relationships with technical customers and internal peers.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage multiple deals and projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of account management or sales experience selling and closing complex technical solutions to a large customer base.
  • Experience working with accounts ranging from large multinational enterprise customers to digital natives.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong account management background with a solid understanding of cross-selling and upselling within a mature customer base.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting within a direct customer base, including revenue tracking.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Experience selling to both business and technical audiences is preferred.
  • Experience in the communications market, including messaging, voice calling, email, or account security verification, is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a traditional telecommunications environment or business is preferred.
  • Curious networker with strong emotional intelligence.
