Description

  • Manage and expand key customer accounts, including high-growth technology, logistics, and fintech companies.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner with Twilio teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across the account portfolio.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services representatives.
  • Maintain a disciplined forecast and present guidance to executive management.
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles with large customers through deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Build strong partnerships across internal stakeholders to support customer outcomes and account growth.

Requirements

  • More than 12 years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales for quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Experience handling relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Ability to work with business and highly technical leaders while influencing decisions and building partnerships.
  • Experience developing account strategies using data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Proven record of growing revenue and gross profit, especially with large-scale enterprise customers in Asia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Preferred experience cross-selling to Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams.
  • Preferred experience in telco, CPaaS, or PaaS selling.
  • Remote role based in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney, Australia.
  • Approximately 30% travel is anticipated.
