Description

  • Collect and develop business requirements and translate them into user stories with engineering teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery against defined success metrics.
  • Develop, communicate, and secure buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Work with GTM teams to launch products and enable sales and marketing adoption and growth.
  • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews to assess product execution and revenue or market outcomes.
  • Own Sender and Number products focused on improving onboarding experiences while maintaining compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategy.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to make decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
  • Ability to take ownership, manage vague priorities, reconcile conflicting inputs, and drive work through ambiguous and complex challenges.
  • Experience with cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience building products or services related to APIs and developer experience.
  • Preferred experience working in a regulated ecosystem.
