Description

  • Engineer integrations between Twilio Agent Connect, Twilio Conversations, and major hyperscaler AI platforms.
  • Apply a strong builder’s mindset to understand how developers use AI coding tools and agent builder platforms with Twilio.
  • Act as a technical liaison with partner teams and leading AI/cloud companies to improve ecosystem fit and accelerate customer time-to-market.
  • Present Twilio’s technical roadmap and vision to customers and translate field insights into R&D planning inputs.
  • Support Sales and Specialist teams with positioning, use cases, technical roadmaps, and sales enablement content.
  • Partner with the Specialist team to capture technical and business requirements from enterprise design partners.
  • Build repeatable blueprints that reduce adoption risk and increase partner integrations.
  • Influence product strategy through customer and field feedback.
  • Develop and maintain deep functional partnerships with companies driving the AI ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering experience and 8+ years in enterprise technology strategy, technical product management, cloud engineering, or executive consulting.
  • Deep architectural understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Hands-on familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, cognitive services, and machine learning architectures and engineering practices.
  • Strong technical background to discuss complex system architectures and integrate AI technologies.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term solution architectures, roadmaps, and cross-functional initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both technical developers and business executives.
  • Proven ability to advocate for customer-centric engineering practices and operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Experience supporting sales and partner ecosystems with product knowledge and GTM materials (desired).
  • Experience building modern digital customer engagement experiences using cloud and AI services (desired).
  • Master’s in Computer Science, Physics, or related field, or Bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience (desired).
