Description

  • Build pipeline for Twilio’s New Business and Strategic Sales organizations.
  • Break into new companies and markets using a multi-channel, value-based outreach approach.
  • Research accounts to identify how Twilio’s solutions can create value for prospects.
  • Execute outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals for generating new business opportunities.
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and related tools to support efficient workflows.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and territory plans.
  • Participate in Twilio’s SDR onboarding and apply training to prospecting activities.

Requirements

  • Growth-oriented and motivated to build toward future leadership or customer-facing roles.
  • Goal-oriented and action-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed quota.
  • Ability to deliver highly personalized, creative outreach to prospects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, change-heavy environment.
  • Able to handle challenges with resilience.
  • Enjoys variety and creativity in daily work.
  • Strong team orientation and willingness to partner with Account Executives.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Remote role not eligible for hiring in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
