Description

  • Partner with HRBPs supporting the R&D function to execute program rollouts and ongoing process work.
  • Analyze HR data and trends such as headcount, attrition, and performance, and prepare reports and presentations for HRBPs and senior leadership.
  • Own and manage performance management cases end to end, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely outcomes.
  • Coach managers through the performance management process and provide documentation support and best-practice guidance.
  • Support the HR leader on ad hoc projects.
  • Help execute and, when needed, lead business-led initiatives such as re-orgs and job role or level assessments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders including Talent Management, IT, ER, HR Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Maintain the annual program calendar of events.
  • Maintain confidentiality of core HR data and projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role partnering with an R&D organization.
  • Ability to take initiative and work as a self-starter.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise sound judgment with sensitive and confidential issues.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to share recommendations with stakeholders.
  • Ability to connect internal data with external benchmarks and provide actionable executive insights.
  • Ability to use AI tools strategically to improve productivity.
  • Strong employee focus and proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Keen to continue learning and developing skills, with a growth mindset.
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is preferred.
