Description

  • Serve as the trusted HR advisor to the SVP of Global Sales and the leadership team on talent strategy and organizational performance.
  • Proactively learn the business, including products, customers, revenue levers, and regional dynamics, to anticipate workforce needs.
  • Develop workforce planning and talent strategies that support growth, innovation, and long-term capability building.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on organizational design, talent allocation, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Guide complex transformations such as workforce planning, reorganizations, and AI adoption with clarity, empathy, and influence.
  • Coach senior leaders one-on-one on strategic thinking, change management, and performance improvement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to shape pipeline health and ensure hiring investments align with business needs.
  • Translate complex people data into executive-ready narratives that inform talent and structure decisions.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and People Team stakeholders to align operating model changes across the business.
  • Promote equity, inclusion, and belonging across the global operations organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HRBP or equivalent experience in fast-moving, global, high-growth organizations, ideally in SaaS/CpaaS or customer-facing functions.
  • Sophisticated understanding of sales motions across both small-business and enterprise scales.
  • Experience supporting global revenue organizations and understanding the levers that drive sales performance and growth.
  • High curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to inform strategy, forecast capability gaps, or synthesize insights.
  • Ability to advise senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Experience leading HRBP strategy for a global sales organization of 500+ employees across multiple regions, preferred.
  • Prior experience with change management, digital transformation, or AI adoption initiatives in a global sales or related business function, preferred.
  • Advanced analytics or people insights experience, including using AI or automation to inform workforce decisions, preferred.
  • Remote role not eligible for hire in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, or surrounding areas.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
