Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Business Partners with clear goals, role clarity, and consistent expectations.
  • Build a high-performance, collaborative, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Serve as the Sales Business Partner to a multi-billion-dollar sales leader and provide hands-on strategic support.
  • Advise GTM leaders, challenge assumptions, and help shape business strategy.
  • Translate sales strategy into actionable operational plans and execute against them.
  • Manage operating cadences, forecast and pipeline health, and drive predictability across month, quarter, and year.
  • Provide business performance insights and recurring or ad hoc executive updates to support decision-making.
  • Lead localized planning and sales operations activities such as headcount, annual planning, new year readiness, account movements, territory design, and quota operationalization.
  • Drive adoption of transformational programs and sales initiatives across local teams.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales operations, finance, HR, systems, marketing, product, and other teams to align execution and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, sales, or strategy consulting.
  • At least 2+ years directly partnering with senior software/tech sales leaders in $1B+ sales organizations.
  • Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales business partner function, including direct people management.
  • Experience in consumption or usage-based sales models is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategy, GTM models, planning, and operations for large-scale growth organizations.
  • Ability to anticipate sales leaders’ needs and drive execution with a sales-first mindset.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to integrate customer insights into strategy and execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in sales planning and operations, including coverage, segmentation, territory carving, and sales compensation strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus.
