Description

  • Manage and expand customer accounts within the Self Service segment.
  • Own a book of business focused on protecting revenue and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute programmable sales plays to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and services teams to execute renewals and drive DBNE.
  • Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and collaboration with your manager.
  • Use automation strategies to serve a large customer base while maintaining NPS and preventing churn.
  • Work with marketing teams to align on messaging and campaigns.
  • Develop solutions with customers by understanding their business and technical requirements and Twilio’s communications API platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advise on digital communication strategies and help customers get started on the platform.

Requirements

  • 2 years of closing experience, or 1+ years of closing experience at a SaaS or CPaaS company, with a record of top performance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Ability to work with business and highly technical leaders and build supportive partnerships.
  • Analytical account development approach using data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an appetite to define processes and build programs.
  • Proven record of delivering revenue and gross profit results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with balancing competing priorities and managing multiple projects and deals at the same time.
  • Remote role not eligible for hire in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
