Description

  • Own technical configuration and integration work for assigned dealer partner implementations and product expansions.
  • Manage approximately 13–20 concurrent implementations while balancing priorities, dependencies, and launch deadlines.
  • Translate dealer partner requirements into functional, launch-ready product configurations.
  • Collaborate with Dealer Onboarding Specialists, internal teams, dealers, vendors, and QA to coordinate timelines and resolve blockers.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for requirements gathering, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Configure and validate integrations using APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
  • Review and test configurations before QA validation; investigate defects and implement or escalate corrections.
  • Maintain implementation records, configuration specifications, testing documentation, and post-launch follow-up activities.
  • Communicate progress, risks, delays, and capacity constraints proactively through completion.
  • Develop expertise in AutoFi’s product suite and recommend configurations that support dealer partner needs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience with SaaS platforms, technical configurations, system integrations, or related implementation work.
  • 2–3 years of client-facing implementation, technical onboarding, or SaaS support experience (strongly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, and Regex (strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools such as Postman to send requests, validate responses, and investigate integration issues.
  • Technical aptitude with software configuration, system settings, integrated applications, and AI Agents.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to validate work for accuracy, completeness, and functionality.
  • Ability to manage high-volume concurrent assignments, competing deadlines, implementation risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for gathering requirements and explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, communicate challenges proactively, and escalate when needed.
  • Experience with third-party integrations, external vendors, or cross-functional implementation teams; automotive dealership technology familiarity is a plus.
