Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.
  • Qualify leads, tailor solutions to customer needs, and close deals at a high conversion rate.
  • Re-engage archived or inactive leads with strategic offers to recover lost opportunities.
  • Use geographic targeting to improve route density and service efficiency in priority markets.
  • Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and convert one-time buyers into recurring subscribers.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities between scheduled services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking to support forecasting and sales discipline.
  • Collaborate with the sales-focused leadership team to support revenue growth and customer retention.

Requirements

  • Fluent English with strong professional, warm, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Track record of consultative selling and closing at above-average conversion rates.
  • Strong sales discipline and consistent CRM hygiene with accurate pipeline updates.
  • Ownership mindset and accountability in every customer interaction.
  • Ability to work remotely from Latin America in a schedule where Pacific Time is manageable.
  • Experience with or willingness to use GHL CRM, Jobber, and MS Teams.
  • Comfort selling recurring services, subscriptions, and service add-ons.
  • Preferred: experience in inbound sales, customer retention, or upselling/cross-selling.
  • Preferred: experience with remote sales or performance-based compensation environments.
