Description

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads using a consultative sales approach.
  • Qualify prospects, tailor solutions to customer needs, and close deals at a high conversion rate.
  • Re-engage archived or inactive leads with strategic offers to recover lost opportunities.
  • Use geographic targeting to improve route density and service efficiency in priority markets.
  • Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction and convert one-time buyers into recurring subscribers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities between scheduled services to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline data updated for forecasting and visibility.
  • Represent the TurFresh brand through warm, professional, and persuasive customer communication.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills with a warm, professional, and persuasive style.
  • Proven sales discipline and a track record of consistently maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Strong consultative closing skills and the ability to listen, educate, and convert customers.
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for customer interactions and brand representation.
  • Ability to work remotely from LATAM within a time zone where Pacific Time is still workable.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales tools such as GHL CRM, Jobber, and MS Teams is preferred.
  • Ability to handle both inbound sales and proactive outreach to dormant or archived leads.
  • Sales experience in a quota-driven environment is preferred.
