Description

  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads and estimate requests.
  • Handle inbound calls and web inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Re-engage past customers and unsold opportunities.
  • Convert one-time customers into maintenance plans when appropriate.
  • Maintain strong close rates and consistent follow-up.
  • Build trust quickly with homeowners through consultative selling.
  • Accurately track pipeline and communication in the CRM.
  • Maintain speed-to-lead and strong pipeline management.
  • Support customer reactivation and maintenance plan conversion efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven inbound sales closer.
  • Fluent, professional-level English communication skills with the ability to speak naturally and confidently with U.S.-based homeowners.
  • Strong phone and communication skills.
  • Terrific, authentic personality that builds trust quickly with clients.
  • Comfortable representing a premium market-leading brand and selling on value, reliability, and quality rather than discounts.
  • Strong consultative selling ability with confidence handling higher-end homeowners.
  • High sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up.
  • Comfortable handling high lead volume.
  • Self-managed and accountable in a remote environment.
  • Strong ownership mentality and professionalism.
  • Experience in home services or other industries where the full service is sold remotely over the phone (preferred).
  • Experience in high-converting phone sales environments such as medical equipment, elective healthcare, dental, legal, home improvement, or premium recurring services (preferred).
  • Experience in HVAC, pest control, roofing, landscaping, pool, or recurring service industries (preferred).
  • CRM experience with tools such as GHL, Jobber, HubSpot, or Salesforce (preferred).
  • Full-time dedicated contractor role.
  • Remote contractor position.
  • Availability to support Pacific time zone coverage, with expansion into Central and Eastern time zones and increased weekend coverage.
