Description

  • Generate new business revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding engagements within existing clients for Microsoft-focused digital contact center solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients to develop new revenue streams, create value-added opportunities, and cultivate mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Prospect and identify strategic sales opportunities using networking, industry research, social media, and solution-oriented product knowledge.
  • Prepare and present SOWs, ROMs, capability presentations, proposals, renewals, change orders, and RFP responses to prospects, clients, and Microsoft.
  • Maximize total solution value by penetrating existing accounts and cross-selling across the Microsoft cloud platform.
  • Develop and execute joint target account strategies and marketing activities with Microsoft sales representatives and leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, sales engineering, consulting, POD SMEs, Project Management and Practice teams to build interactive presentations and ensure successful post-sales implementation and contractual fulfillment.
  • Represent TTEC Digital to Microsoft and ecosystem partners (e.g., Interactive Intelligence) to create joint business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience selling Dynamics 365 (D365) Customer Service, Sales, Customer Journey or similar technology products in a high-touch, consultative selling environment.
  • Experience with Power Platform, Azure Data & AI, CCaaS and contact center technology (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail, or Financial Services.
  • Experience preparing and presenting SOWs, ROMs, and RFP responses to corporate decision makers.
  • Proven experience developing joint go-to-market/account strategies with Microsoft or other ecosystem partners.
