Description

  • Partner with business and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Perform end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) for analytics and reporting.
  • Provide data engineering support and automate data pipelines with code.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Create data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
  • Build predictive and prescriptive algorithms using big data and advanced analytical methods.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, governance, and compliance standards are met.
  • Define, document, and maintain data definitions, metrics, lineage, requirements, transformations, and business rules.
  • Communicate insights and findings clearly to business and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor data quality issues, investigate root causes, and support resolution with engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience leading analytics delivery in Agile environments using Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and data pipelines.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Understanding of data governance principles including data quality, lineage, metadata, and auditability.
  • Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is preferred.
