Description

  • Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, delivery commitments, and resource plans.
  • Manage delivery-level budgets, labor hours, forecasts, utilization, burn rates, and estimate-to-complete.
  • Track scope against Statements of Work and support change-control processes.
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and variances.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, account leadership, and third-party partners.
  • Facilitate kickoffs, planning sessions, status meetings, Agile ceremonies, and project governance activities.
  • Produce weekly status reports and maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action items, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate testing, UAT, release readiness, deployment, go-live, and project closure activities.
  • Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments, agreed methodologies, and TTEC Digital standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience.
  • Experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects in consulting or client-facing environments.
  • Experience managing budgets through labor hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, and estimate-to-complete.
  • Experience developing schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery forecasts.
  • Strong knowledge of scope management, change control, risks, issues, and mitigation planning.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional functional and technical delivery teams.
  • Experience preparing and presenting project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Statements of Work, deliverables, assumptions, and contractual commitments.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict-resolution, and global collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce or enterprise CRM/CX implementation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Salesforce Certified Administrator are valued.
  • Ability to work primarily during US business hours from the Philippines.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce delivery and implementation sufficient to manage engagements; solution architecture expertise is not required.
