Description

  • Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program and project clients.
  • Provide technical expertise and project status updates to senior managers, directors, and executives.
  • Lead implementation of large enterprise projects and smaller programs across cross-functional teams of 3 to 50 people.
  • Set up and run program management processes, including communication plans, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation, and documentation.
  • Deliver weekly status reports and communicate project progress, issues, and risks to client and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure client stakeholder alignment and drive customer satisfaction throughout the program.
  • Develop and present financial reporting dashboards and monitor project financial status.
  • Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, and implement approved mitigations and workarounds.
  • Review project invoices for accuracy and support resource utilization and revenue projection activities.
  • Develop work plans, assign responsibilities, coach project team members, and support continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of project or program management experience in a consulting environment.
  • Experience delivering transformation projects.
  • Deep knowledge of the NICE CXone solution is preferred, and NICE CXone experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end architecture and roadmaps using platforms such as Genesys Pure Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, Cisco, Avaya, inContact/NICE CXone, or other cloud telephony platforms.
  • Experience leading large enterprise client projects valued between $500,000 and $10,000,000 with executive sponsorship and reporting requirements.
  • Experience managing programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Experience leading project teams ranging from 3 to 50 people.
  • Experience using multiple delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid approaches.
  • PMP or another project management certification is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
