Description

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals, roadmaps, and solution options.
  • Lead executive- and sponsor-level client stakeholders through complex technical concepts and design implications.
  • Conduct technical requirements elicitation, design, and scoping discussions with clients and internal teams.
  • Decompose large-scale requirements and user stories into actionable tasks and estimate delivery effort.
  • Delegate technical tasks across multi-workstream projects and support delivery execution.
  • Provide project leadership on large, complex projects with global teams.
  • Work with project teams and leadership to identify solutions and mitigation approaches.
  • Participate in client communications at the sponsor level.
  • Architect, design, and set standards for highly complex solutions across multiple technologies and integrations.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on Azure, DevOps, and related delivery practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery, adaptable to client-specific methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients across eight or more areas such as Azure Compute, data stores, messaging and events, API design and management, integration and APIs, AI and search, SDLC/DevOps/platform engineering, performance and scalability, identity and access, monitoring and observability, and documentation/leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients across six or more tools and technologies such as design patterns, .NET Core, C#, front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Blazor, ORM tools like Entity Framework or Dapper, relational and non-relational storage, CI/CD and IaC, Visual Studio, GitHub or ADO, Git and pull requests, automated testing, and Scrum/Kanban/Agile.
  • Experience contributing to user stories and backlog content, including task management and progress visibility.
  • 4 or more Microsoft Azure Application Development, DevOps, AI and Machine Learning, and/or Architecture and Development certifications.
  • AZ-204, AZ-400, and AZ-102 highly recommended.
  • Outstanding ability to present to clients in a business-focused, impactful, and persuasive manner.
  • Proven track record of successful large-scale project delivery.
