Description

  • Independently assess incoming Platform Adoption requests, scope the required changes, and execute them in coordination with client contacts.
  • Manage a high volume of concurrent MACD opportunities with strong prioritization and time-management skills.
  • Perform configuration changes across the Genesys Cloud platform, including lightweight custom IP development or integration work when needed.
  • Deliver efficient, high-quality implementations while following Genesys Cloud, TTEC, client, security, and compliance best practices.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and completion status to internal coordinators, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Partner with Platform Adoption Coordinators and team members to balance workload and resolve complex issues.
  • Document changes clearly and contribute to team knowledge-sharing resources.
  • Stay current on Genesys Cloud releases, features, and capabilities to identify optimization opportunities during engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on production experience with the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Genesys Cloud Platform / Professional level certification or equivalent GCP certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently scope and execute complex configuration changes.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent MACD or similar operational requests with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Genesys Cloud core capabilities, including routing, telephony, workforce management, integrations, and reporting.
  • Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud platform architecture and administration.
  • Exceptional independence and self-management skills with the ability to operate effectively with light coordination.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates and documentation.
  • Familiarity with Genesys Cloud partner ecosystem tools, APIs, and advanced integrations (preferred).
  • Experience working in a high-velocity, ticket- or opportunity-driven environment (preferred).
