Description

  • Lead and own multiple complex, large transformation engagements from end to end.
  • Oversee successful delivery of multiple parallel programs with attention to scope, budget, timeline, and client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, executive sponsorship, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Own portfolio financial performance, including profit and loss, contribution margin, realization, and budget adherence.
  • Coordinate collaboration between North America teams and global delivery centers, including nearshore and offshore resources.
  • Provide delivery reviews, quality oversight, risk mitigation, and guidance across programs.
  • Collaborate with consulting, PMO, capability, sales, and PSA teams on staffing, estimation, SOWs, and process improvements.
  • Coach and mentor project teams while fostering accountability, professional development, and high performance.
  • Provide thought leadership and share consulting and delivery best practices across the practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 10+ years of enterprise delivery experience, including leadership of large programs valued at $3M+ with 12–15 month duration and 15+ team members.
  • 5+ years of engagement management experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft tools is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience leading or working with offshore teams preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management, with certification and/or experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies preferred.
  • Ability to travel locally and/or nationally up to 30%.
  • Proven delivery experience managing portfolios of $10M+ and multiple parallel large, complex transformation programs.
  • 8+ years of software implementation experience in one or more Microsoft Azure pillar areas, including data transformation/data warehousing, enterprise modernization, cloud-native development, API/integration, Azure migrations, landing zones, hybrid networking, identity/security, and operational modernization.
  • Global experience is preferred.
  • Client-partner, sales portfolio, or account management experience is a bonus.
