Description

  • Support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Operations Excellence initiatives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable workplans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, process improvements, tools, documentation, and operating rhythms that improve scalability and accountability.
  • Partner with Operations and customer-facing teams to identify friction points and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop customer experience metrics, feedback loops, and action plans to drive measurable improvement.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and operational leaders to improve employee-facing processes, communications, onboarding, role clarity, and engagement.
  • Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure operational changes are communicated and embedded across teams.
  • Develop scalable processes, systems, governance structures, playbooks, workflows, and reporting mechanisms that support operational maturity.
  • Support M&A readiness and integration activities, including due diligence, integration planning, process alignment, workstream coordination, risk tracking, and post-close execution.
  • Build relationships across Operations, People & Culture, Finance, Growth, Delivery, Technology, and executive leadership to drive alignment and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, organizational development, human resources, management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, business transformation, program management, consulting, employee experience, customer experience, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, organizational effectiveness, change management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience developing executive-level materials, project plans, process documentation, dashboards, or operating reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information and recommend practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Essential personnel status supporting continuity of operations, which may require work during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $100,000 - $130,000.
  • Eligible for performance-based bonuses, subject to MetroStar policies.
