Description

  • Assist in planning and executing AV/ADAS testing projects, including timelines, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Supervise and guide small field and testing teams to ensure adherence to safety standards, test protocols, and deadlines.
  • Use knowledge of the local market, infrastructure, and regulations to support site selection and optimize test operations.
  • Monitor testing quality and data accuracy, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate challenges to senior management when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, safety, operations, and project management, to align fieldwork with project objectives.
  • Contribute to training sessions for test operators and field staff and provide feedback to improve performance and safety compliance.
  • Prepare status updates, safety logs, and project documentation for management and regulatory review.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, automotive testing, field operations, or team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and infrastructure relevant to AV/ADAS testing.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage small teams effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with test management or data collection tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a team coordinator, project assistant, or junior lead in automotive, mobility, or technology projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AV/ADAS systems, sensor technologies such as LiDAR, radar, or cameras, or test data platforms is preferred.
  • Safety certification or training related to vehicle testing is a strong asset.
  • Fluency in multiple local languages is an advantage.
