Description

  • Lead the definition and delivery of lending-focused features and integrations from concept to launch.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver secure and scalable workflows for income and employment verification.
  • Conduct user testing with lenders and end-users to validate workflows and improve usability.
  • Run and analyze A/B tests to improve adoption, efficiency, and conversion rates across lending use cases.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment in lending flows.
  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders and synthesize them into actionable product plans.
  • Monitor product performance after launch and iterate quickly based on lender and borrower behavior.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and analytics teams to deliver product solutions that impact conversion, risk mitigation, and loan processing efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in lending, mortgage, or financial technology.
  • Proven experience delivering products used by lenders, risk teams, underwriters, or financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of income and employment verification, loan origination, and decisioning workflows.
  • Track record running user testing and A/B experimentation to inform product decisions.
  • Ability to make data-driven product decisions using analytics and experimentation.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, and business teams.
  • Excellent execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into product improvements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience at startups or high-growth environments preferred.
