Description

  • Lead consultative, product-led sales conversations with mortgage lenders to diagnose verification workflows and map Truv’s platform to their needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering to scope POS/LOS integrations, pilots, and rollouts for each lender’s stack.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound, inbound, and relationship-driven sourcing.
  • Manage complex buying committees including operations, compliance, IT, and lending executives through signature.
  • Expand adoption within existing accounts by identifying new use cases and workflows where Truv can add value.
  • Bring workflow and product feedback back to Product to improve the roadmap and positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales with a strong track record selling into mortgage lenders or the broader mortgage ecosystem.
  • Deep technical and operational understanding of mortgage origination workflows and where verifications fit in.
  • A product-advisor mindset focused on being the most knowledgeable and helpful person in the room.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Comfort with technical evaluations and integration discussions, including POS/LOS, APIs, and pilots.
  • Ability to work hands-on with product and technical documentation and speak credibly with buyers about technical details.
  • Excellent discovery, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Prior experience at a mortgage technology, fintech, or verification company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with VOIE/VOA/VOE and GSE programs such as DU/AIM is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with major POS and LOS platforms is preferred.
  • Experience selling in an early-stage or high-growth environment is preferred.
