Description

  • Own the WordPress to HubSpot CMS migration end-to-end, including redirect strategy, URL architecture, link-equity preservation, technical QA, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Design and implement schema markup and structured data to improve visibility in search engines and LLM answer engines.
  • Define and execute the AEO strategy so content is structured for citation by Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, site architecture, internal linking, sitemap, and robots.txt management.
  • Maintain and extend HubSpot CMS modules, templates, and theme tokens within the modular brand system.
  • Build measurement infrastructure in GA4 and Looker to connect technical SEO performance to pipeline and revenue.
  • Use Claude AI agents for content generation, technical audits, and schema generation to increase output.
  • Edit and direct SEO content production in partnership with marketing leadership on the editorial calendar.
  • Run CRO experiments and A/B tests on conversion-critical pages such as pricing, demo request, and gated content pages.
  • Partner directly with the Head of Marketing and collaborate with design and marketing operations on roadmap execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO and web marketing.
  • Direct end-to-end experience with a WordPress to HubSpot CMS migration or comparable enterprise CMS migration.
  • HubSpot CMS expertise, including modules, templates, HubL, and theme tokens.
  • Strong fluency in schema markup, structured data, Core Web Vitals, redirect strategy, and internal linking architecture.
  • Understanding of AEO and LLM-search optimization, including how Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Claude surface answers.
  • Experience using GA4 and Looker to connect SEO performance to funnel and revenue.
  • Ability to write or strongly edit SEO content with good editorial judgment.
  • Active fluency with AI tools such as Claude or comparable AI agents in day-to-day work.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • CRO instincts, Looker Studio dashboard familiarity, paid advertising experience, and hospitality tech experience are nice to have.
