Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle from strategic prospecting through contract execution.
  • Architect and execute a strategic territory plan to drive demand generation and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead complex negotiations for high-value enterprise contracts and sophisticated deal structures.
  • Partner with Product, Risk, Legal, and Engineering to design customized payment solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by translating technical capabilities into clear business value and ROI.
  • Manage multiple high-priority accounts while maintaining fast execution and strong performance under pressure.
  • Stay current on fintech and Open Banking trends to inform customer-led innovation and competitive positioning.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers at large enterprise and Global 2000 companies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience.
  • Mandatory background in payment acceptance, acquiring, or fintech infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Experience with consultative selling and high-stakes negotiations.
  • Ability to understand complex API-based products and collaborate with technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles of 6–12+ months.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with C-level decision-makers, including CFOs, CTOs, CMOs, and Heads of Payments.
  • Elite presentation and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving market and pivot strategies as needed.
  • Experience with Global 2000 customers is strongly preferred.
