Description

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide advanced solutions and guidance.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders with timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments on product development, troubleshooting, new implementations, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor IT tickets, resolution times, and internal feedback to maintain service quality.
  • Respond to tickets in the queue promptly and escalate critical issues when needed.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on escalations, procedures, and process improvement.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline support operations.
  • Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices for internal stakeholders and team members.
  • Analyze data, metrics, and current procedures to identify gaps in IT systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a support, technical, or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and working with system vendors.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.
  • Project management capability and a high level of ownership.
  • Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Preferred: experience mentoring or leading teams remotely.
  • Preferred: certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or ACSP.
  • Preferred: experience supporting software products, SaaS platforms, or technical environments.
  • Preferred: strong experience with Salesforce, Conga, and/or Domo.
  • Preferred: strong experience with Apple products and Google Applications.
